What is the return and exchange policy?
All items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with exception to final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused with the original proof of purchase.
For online returns, customers must submit a Return Authorization by sending an email to email@example.com with “Return Authorization” in the subject line. If your return is authorized, we will contact you as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.
For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus initial shipping fee. Customers are responsible for return item shipping fees.
What about international orders?
The same rules apply. Your return date will be based on the date the item was shipped back.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not required; however, it will ease your return & exchange process.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all credit cards and Paypal for payment.

Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?
Yes. You must call the store during open hours within 24 hours of your purchase to make amendments.
