What is the return and exchange policy?
All items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase.
For online returns, customers must submit a Return Authorization by sending an email to [email protected] with “Return Authorization” in the subject line. If your return is authorized, we will contact you as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.
Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank merchant.
What about international orders?
The same rules apply. Your return date will be based on the date the item was shipped back.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not required; however, it will ease your return & exchange process.

Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?
Yes. You must call the store during open hours within 24 hours of your purchase to make amendments.
