Comme des Garçons Parfum
Launched in 1994 as the fragrance for Rei Kawakubo’s nonconformist Japanese fashion house, Comme des Garçons, with the tagline, “works like a medicine and behaves like a drug.” Much like Kawakubo’s clothing, CdG Parfum is renowned for its experimental approach, which shows in some of the more unusual perfumes and anti-perfumes the brand produces, including soda and garage-inspired scents. Known, as well, for its collaborations, CdG Parfum has worked with everyone from Pharell Williams to Monocle magazine over the years.
